As a design leader, my role is to build and nurture high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth. At Sonos, I lead the Industrial Design and CMF teams, managing a group of 16 highly talented designers across the U.S., Scotland, and China. Together, we ensure a cohesive and evolving design language across the entire hardware portfolio while delivering thoughtful, premium, and manufacturable products.
I focus on hiring, mentoring, and developing talent, leading with empathy and clarity to create an environment where designers feel challenged, supported, and inspired. Beyond team development, I work to refine workflows, improve cross-functional collaboration, and remove roadblocks, ensuring that creativity and execution align seamlessly.
By balancing vision with execution, I help shape products that elevate the Sonos experience while cultivating a team that thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and a shared passion for great design.
